brake controller light is always on

brake controller light is always on, When I step on the brake the light goes out. I wired up the tv 7 prong plug and the trailers wire, that's what's wrong. Before I wasted a day, I figured I would ask. Everything else is working fine.

If I leave the AS plugged in to the TV overnight, the batteries on the TV will be dead in the morning.

Every night a think of this post and I always forget by morning... I'm going out there right now...

I'm back..lol
jorden mark 4
if it helps
part number 2000
serial 271711

How difficult was that.. goodness.
It really has been the least of my worries, all the wiring in the front of the trailer is going to get redone soon. I'm still debating on charge controllers/batteries/ ect.
I know the brakes aren't engaging on the trailer, so I doubt the light is supposed to be on.

It seems to be a decent make, although I couldn't find much about that model.

This link leads to instructions for another Jordan Research model, perhaps you can get some wiring hints to check out on yours...
