I just determined that I have drum brakes and are electric. I am getting the hub diameter but think its going to be 10 or 12 inch brakes maybe. Now the question is availability of parts.

Readily available online or at RV stores. You have 12" brakes. Check Inland RV or Out-of Doors Mart.

Remove the drums and inspect the brakes and drums while packing the bearings.

If you need brakes replace the complete backer plate as that is cheaper than buying the parts. $49.00.

Drums should be OK 90% of the time. If scored or blue color replace.

They are common 12in trailer brakes. Do you know yours are bad? Drums can be turned.

Thanks to all. The info provided and my own inspection shows me the inspections and maintenance needed. Will pull the hubs in the next few days. Glad to know the parts availability.

Also consider the self adjusting brakes. I have them and find they work great. It's no big deal to adjust them if you don't though.
