What type of tire did you buy from Discount Tire? I am looking for a pair of 15's

Discount here only stocks Goodyear Marathon and Carlisle's, neither of which I'd have on my trailer.

The last tires I bought were TowMasters from Costco.

No, the Carlisles are Chinese, and people in our unit have had trouble with them also.

The new Goodyear Marathons are made in China as well. The Michelins are made in Canada or the USA, depending on the size.

Goodyear Marathon ST tires? When I asked the guy at Discount tire where the Goodyear Marathons were made he told me China. He even had the guy at the warehouse look for Marathons made in USA or Canada and they couldn't find any. I looked at Southwest Wheel in San Antonio today and the Marathons I saw were made in China.

We wanted Maxxis so I ordered them from Discount Tire Direct. Then took them to Discount Tire and had them mounted. Wanted to use them locally since they were the only shop nearby that did dynamic balancing.

Maxxis M8008 ST Radial BS Trailer Tire tires listed by size

it's been 3 years, but what I remember is: GoodYear Dealer, 15 x 7.00 Power King Trailer tires. About $65 each.
