What tire size came on 2004 bambi 16?

I think one badyear tires is 215 75 14 maybe the original spare on one side has me worried after reading all negative posts. One side already blew out on previous owner and I am sure it was GY that failed. What is my next step, thinking repacking bearings and pulling wheels/tires. One tires is newer commador brand and tire that blewout is now new spare with alum rim. I am going to check the rim for any damage that might have happened during blowout. i am thinking it might be less expensive to just replace rims and tires, what would be nice upgrade. I just towed and tried to go slow but having diesel she likes to go 65 or more.
