Red face What size tires are on a 97 34 foot Airstream Classic?

I just purchased a 1997 34 foot Airstream Classic that has to be pulled 900 miles to get it to my home. We are moving it on Labor Day weekend. I would like to know what size tires it uses so I can take new tires with me when I go to pick it up. The tires on it have cracks in the sidewalls, and I'm afraid to pull it without having new tires to replace the old one's. Most all tire stores are closed on that weekend and I am going to buy the tires and carry them with me when I pick it up.

Many Thanks,

We have a 1999 34 footer and it takes 225 75 15's I run 8 ply tires.. I think yours would take the same size.

The "D" rated tire would be the same as a 8 ply rating. Not likely those tires have 8 actual plys, it's just they are rated for that. The "D" rating is a newer system of rating tire load capacity.
