As I recall the Canadian regulations basically point to US DOT (NHTSA) regulations which uses the US Tire & Rim Association published Load Inflation numbers.
With very few exceptions all the major tire companies follow US TRA tables. The few exceptions are usually based on a metric size tire originally developed in Europe being "converted" to a TRA size application.

I recall only running into a handful (3 to 5) such examples.
