It is your rims that have a torque spec, not your tires 😉
Surprised that the video shows tightening the five nuts sequentially, and not in a star pattern. Also, I always do six checks on a five lug wheel; it comes from training many years ago to ensure you will be less likely to miss one. There has been a lot of discussion on torque wrenches recently, but note that using a click type torque wrench as shown and not loosening the lug nut first simply checks for a minimum torque, and not for the correct torque.
