Talking Tire wear

on street side of three axel 2003 # 1 tire is worn on the inside a little more then the outside, no other tire shows any wear and they were all purchesed at the same time. any idears would be appreciated. Is it account of scuffing, balance that was never done on any of these tires, bent wheel, axel problem if this is it why not the other side of trailer on the same axel. be kind to me i'm I belong to the NO Nothings a group that is sincere when they say I don't no nothing. It could be a wheel bearing out of adjustment (loose) that allows the inside edge of the tire to contact the road more than the rest of the tire.
It could also be a tire that has a belt separating, and should be replaced.
It could be that axle is out of alignment, and you need the wheels aligned.
Has anything else changed? New tow vehicle, putting a motorcycle in the bed of the tow vehicle, a keg of beer in the front left corner of the trailer...
