Tire size help please

I came across some tires and rims through word-of-mouth and i can get them for almost nothing. The tire size is 295/45 R20. Would they fit on a Dodge Neon. The only thing i know is the R20 means they're 20". Sorry if this is a really stupid question.

Tire formula: XXX/YY R NN

X= metric width of the thread
Y= the percent of the thread width that is the tire sidewall
R= Radial tire
N= the tire size in inches

[Action]

N = rim diameter in inches.
