Tire size, 14 in vs. 15 in.

In your opinion, are there any limitations with respect to the size of tire--when going on long, epic trips. In other words, would you tow your 23' FB Flying Cloud to Alaska with it's 14' tires?

If I had a 23' with 14" rims I would do it. Just not on bad or questionable axles. Then there is the whole thing about flying rock protection. However that is a different thread discussion.
