My 1976 31' International has a problem with the cupping of one of the tires. The right front tire begins to cup with only a few hundred miles on the tires. I have heard there is away to align the frame, but I can't find anyone that seems to know who does this knid of work. I only run biased tires. Track
First off are you sure that tire is balanced? If you are happy with the balance and think the axle is bent Gommers in Chambersburg Pa can align the axle. A test for alignment is to lay a straight edge aside the tires and check for a gap. I use an 8 ft florescent light bulb.

You are less than a 5 hour drive from the factory. Take it there. It may not be the axle. It could also be a bad bearing. They can test and fix whatever it is in less than a day and you can stay in your trailer overnight for free.
It could also be a problem with the axle, you didn't say how the tire was cupping, but when our Argosy needed an axle, one of the tires had cupped tread in a diagonal pattern from inside of tire toward the outer edge of the tire. The outer edge of the tire was worn worst.
