First of all, you don't really need a spare.
In the event of a tire failure, simply remove that tire and wheel and continue on with your trip. Have the tire repaired later.
Since you have a tri-axle trailer, pulling it on 5 tires is not a big deal.
Slow down however, to perhaps no more than 50 MPH.
