Wiithin weeks of getting the trailer home, I put the Michelin LTX (P) 235/75R15 XL tires on the 15" factory wheels on our 2013 25FB International Serenity with a factory specification GVW of 7,300 pounds.
I also installed the Centramatic 200-221 Special wheel balancers.
Despite the tire derating for non-car use, there was adequate tire capacity as the trailer axles were carrying less than 6,000 pounds due to the 1,175 tongue weight when camping ready.
When we upgraded to the 2014 31' Classic model30, the factory GVW of 10,000 pounds pushed me into the Michelin LT225/75R16/E LTX M/S2 tires rated 2,680 pounds @ 80 psi with the Centramatic 300-356 all A plates for 16" rims and using the SenDel T03-66655T wheels rated 3,580 pounds @ 80 psi.
