I got the Maxxis Load range D tires. They are really nice, I feel that they are as good a tire as any. From what I have read and seen, the side wall on C tires are too weak and E range side walls are too stiff. I will warn you that this question is like Pandora's Box. I would read and read some more. Do what feels right to you for your situation and $$. It is an important system to purchase to be sure. I think great tires and a great tire pressure monitor system is vital (as well as running gear, we know Andy).
