Yup I put 12k miles on mine without a hitch and then got brand new tires! Great deal!

Yep there is another thread that was posted this info several weeks back. I think I got my letter in Feb or March. The bad tires all came from one plant. After checking the manufacture's code my tires were not part of the recall.

I would trust those tires before I would a st tire.

This recall was for the prior generation of the LTX tires. The sheer numbers to be replaced put a strain on the new generation inventory. I had ordered mine in early December 2013 and the recall hit in January, as I remember.
