Marathon Tires

Last week while camping I noticed a bulge on the side of one of my Marathon tires. The bulge ran from the bead of the tire and about one inch into the tread. The tires are about two years old and have about 5,000 miles on them. took the tire to Goodyear and they replaced the tire. I had to pay 30 bucks for a 125 dollar. Anyway I was really glad I saw this before something bad happened as I have a single axle 2004 Bambi. Any one had this problem.

I don't know much about Marathon tires, but it seems like you were experiencing tire separation.
I'm not sure what load rating your tires are, possibly Load range 'd'.
The tires on my trailer are 225/75/15.Load range "D"
However I'm going to put on 225/75/15 Titan tires Load range "E".
A few more dollars, but I feel it is a better Quality tire.
I had these on my previous trailer without any problems.
