Dear BoJo

What tire did you finally get for your '05 Bambi? We have the same trailer, and I replaced the original Marathons with new Marathons after 2 years. Now I am ready for new tires, not wishing to wait until they fail first.

I am set on Load Range D. Load Range E's will beat up my trailer. I have a local store which swears by Hercules Hercumilers.

Thanks,

Richcrest

One of the difficult problems in chosing a replacement tire, a battery, or many other things as well, is availability.

When your traveling, what do you do if you have a tire failure, but you cannot find anyone locally, where ever you may be, that handles that brand??

Then your sort of out of luck, until you get back home. But, you might have just started a trip that may last for a month or two.

Keeping your trailer equipped with "nationally known" brands, has advantages.

Local brands are ok, but they quickly become useless when your many miles away from home.

Andy
