Hercules Tires

Does any one have any experience with Hercules Tires? I just bought a 1984 Holiday Rambler Imperial (I know, it isn't an Airstream) and it needs new tires. The local tire store in the town where I bought the HR recommended them. Since this is going to be a fairly expensive purchase (8 tires) I don't want something that is going to come apart in a year or two. Can anyone give me any info on these tires and should I go ahead and give the tire shop the word?

Hi, we have about 60 miles of experience on 2 Hercules Tires and so far they are good. We just bought them in July on the recommendation of Croft Trailer in Valley Park, MO. Just over $100 each, ten ply rated and mounted on our own rims for a very reasonable price. Hope that helps.

A ten ply rating is a serious load capacity. Not designed for light loads because of the ride.
