Dill TPMS

Many on this forum have recommended the Dill TPMS. Should I not worry that their warranty is notably very short?

No, IMHO. The failure curve for electronics looks like a bathtub curve. Infant mortality occurs mostly at the beginning and wear-out mechanisms occur after many, many years. It's likely that you'll detect any infant mortality issues within your warranty.

The length of a company's warranty often has little to do with the reliability of the system. Competitors will often use this point as a marketing advantage, however, I don't think there's much engineering, testing, or quality assurance that goes into making this decision. The folks who are trying to gain market share on a competitor often offer longer warranties as a selling point.

I would expect the failure rates for these systems to be very close to one another.
