Can we upgrade to the 235/75R15 from 225/75R15 without any consequence? Rubbing?

From everything I've read on here the answer is yes. Micheline is about to introduce their "new" Defender tire 235/75R15 supposedly in March. This tire has a higher load rating which is better for trailers our size.
