Bought new tires

I pull a 34' excella 1000,1995 with a front Kitchen. I have Maxxis E range tires on triple axles. I wanted to upgrade the range on the tow vehicle from the C range stock tire to D range. Michelin doesn't make an 18" D tire so I ended up with E range tires. The tire store manager said I should run those at 45 pounds, which is what the door sticker says, when I am not towing. He said to run about 60 pounds while towing ( about 9700 to 10000 pounds ). I was under the impression that I should run at the 80 pound rating on the tire all the time. What is right?

Not all situations are the same. I have the E range tires on my tow vehicle, and it handles good at 70PSI all the way around. However, the Ram with the Cummins is especially heavy in the front, so your's may respond differently.

POI...the rear TV axle is 880lb under it's 5500lb rating when hitched & fully loaded.
