Anyone know the Autogrip Tire Brand?

I need to replace my 6 yr old MAXXIS ST225/75R15 tires and the shop told me they're on national backorder. They have suggested the Auto Grip brand at about 1/2 the price I paid last time. I am not familiar with this tire and was looking for insights. No interest in changing my wheels. Thanks in advance, you guys/gals are the best.

Never heard of them. There is probably a reason they are so inexpensive.

According to Wikopedia it is a Chinese tire - likely just another POS....... You get what you pay for....

Consider keeping your same 15" rims and get a P235/75/15 XL 108 or 109 service rated tire. Both Michelin and General make a tire in this size, many folks have upgraded to this tire size with success.
