73 Argosy 24, two flats on same side

Hello folks, what is the best way to lift one side of our Argosy ? Never had two flats on one side before. Looks like a lifting point between the axle mounts, or can I lift under one of the mounts? We are replacing four tires and axles next week, but need to get to the shop. thanks!
