1976 Argosy 24

I just bought a 1976 Argosy 24 from the original owner. The argosy needs new tires and the bearings have not been repacked in several years. I am moving the Argosy to a local RV dealer who does not really know Airstream. Does the Argosy use a standard bearing and seal? Or should I supply the bearings and seals? When I inspected the trailer I forgot to get the tire size and the number of lug nuts per wheel. Can someone out there help me with these questions?

First, welcome to the forums!
Now, on to business.
Tire size is ST225/75R15.
National Seal number: H73336550, Napa #473336
Number of lug nuts per wheel is six, if you are planning to replace the wheels, make sure you get wheels with 2500 lb. capacity, and zero offset.
Brake parts, if you need them, are standard fare, and come in 10" and 12" diameter, if you need to replace the brake magnets, the originals have round magnets, and replacements are oval-shaped. The oval ones are more powerful, so you will need to replace them in axle pairs.
I don't know the bearing number, but the number is stamped on the bearing itself, so if you take an inner and an outer with you, you should be able to interchange them.

I replaced the bearings, races, and seals myself on my 1975 25 foot Tradewind. I got the new ones from my NAPA parts dealer. It cost about $100.00 for the parts. A RV dealer will prpbably charge you $500.00 to $800.00 to the job.
