16" on 19 foot Signature

I was wondering if anyone has added 16" tires and wheels to a 2016 19' international? Do they fit ok?

We're in the auto repair/ tire business and just finished this upgrade today:

Theses are Hercules 16 inch/ 10 ply at 60 Psi

I did it on a 2012 international 19'. They fit great.

Doesn't seem like they should fit, but they do.
