Many years ago, Henschen indeed rebuilt axles.
Then, the attorneys got involved.
How can a company guarantee the performance of an axle, that has a severe case of rust, within the tube? Who will pay the cost to find that out?
That then brought up the question of honesty. A few made claims that "OH" your just saying that so that I must buy a new axle.
So, that ended the rebuild program.
As an additional negativity, the cost to return an axle to Henschen, at shipping rates that an individual must pay, further increased the costs, making a rebuild program an option that was no longer viable.
Accordingly, for many other reasons, the rebuild program was terminated, many years ago.
Perhaps some owners could approach Dexster and see what their thoughts might be.
