Torflex axle on 60 Tradewind, Help w/specs

I am looking to replace original leaf spring single axle with Dexter Torflex. I am looking for help to determine what capacity to order for new axle.
I do not have a weight of trailer as it is now with shell off and bare frame. The original AS docs state overall weight one time at 3130# and another time at 3450#.
I am building a new frame using 11 gauge steel , .0120" over the original at .0090". I will use the wheels spec'ed at 5200#. Coker Tires at 3748# (per 2) to start, may upgrade to Michelin LTX at 3970# per set.
I will not use the original heavy Dometic M50 refer. Could be available if anyone wants it. I will be adding grey tanks but eliminating black and going compost. Front gaucho will be replaced by dinette.Gaucho also available.
Either wet cell stored on tongue or AGM batteries inside. I would like to add spare tire carrier under A-Frame.
Has anyone done similar ? And what weight capacity did you use? How was the ride after?

My '59 Tradewind rolls at 4500# on the tires, maybe 4800# wet. I did upgrade the floor, added metal to the frame, added graywater tanks and larger freshwater tank.
I used a 5200 lb axle and added a few leaves to the springs. I figure you will have at least 200# less in just axle hardware if you go to the Torflex.

On that basis, I would place the finished sprung weight of your trailer around 3900-4100#.

Without knowing the actual max weight of the towed trailer all you can do is guess. A couple of hundred pounds either way may not make a difference, however I have never designed and built a custom trailer. Which is basically what you are doing ...... making a one of a kind.
