Suspension tube damage?

I crawled under my 2017 25' FC to check on a creak in the floor and saw a 3" square tube that connects left and right suspension sides together, I think. While looking at the tube it was bent up towards the middle slightly as if it had been jacked at that point. Not greatly distorted, but enough to see the tube was distorted. Is this something I should go back to dealer with or nothing to be concerned with?

What you saw is normal. That bend is part of aligning the wheels.

That said, never jack the trailer by the axle tube or you can cause damage.
