Seeking advice about replacing safari axles
Hey All,
Finally talked to Andy about the long thought about axle replacement. Ready to take the plunge. Would love to hear thoughts others might have who have been thru it. 1971 23ft Safari Landyacht. Ready to start some major interior restoration as well. Plumbing, heater, front room cabs, flooring. Want a smooth ride if I put all that work into her. Are the new axles dramatically better? I rode in the coach on a Mt washboard road and could literally watch the screws backing out.
Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
