erock,the parking brake option is a lever that applies brakes when it is activated by some means of your own invention.

How did you set up your parking brake? I assume it is like a car parking brake in which you have some sort of lever that applies the brake to that particular wheel and prevent the trailer from moving. I would think that it is just as easy to put some block under the wheels or one of thoes devices that fits between the wheels to prevent the trailer from moving.
