One down, one to go....

Got one axle installed this afternoon. I did it entirely by myself, which was quite difficult, but I got it done. Hope to have the whole thing done in the next week or so. I bought new tires, and they charged me for balancing, but I saw no weights on the rims, and one rim had the old weights still on it. I must have gotten lucky and gotten perfect tires! Back to the tire dealer they go, this week.

Brrrrrrr

Geez Pick, are you a glutton for punishment laying out in the snow and cold changing that axle or what? You guys must be having better weather over there than we are here in S.E Michigan. I'm glad to hear that you're making progress.

Pick,

What is that on the ground, snow? I thought maybe it was sand at first. I am a wuss, I was whining about the 50 degree weather the other day while putting the banana wraps back on the front of mine. I even was wondering how cold was too cold to apply the Vulkem. I think we are in the middle of our week or two of winter right now, might even get a hard freeze, 20's, next weekend.

Yep! It's Snow!

It was in the high 20's while I was doing the work. There was little to no wind, so it was not bad at all. About 6 inches of snow on the ground.I grew up in this stuff, so I am used to it! But, I am getting tired of it. I think I am going to start looking for a job in a Southern state.
