No more dragging the bumper '77 Minuet.

New axle for the '77' Minuet, gained 4.5" of ground clearance. T&R Trailer in Fouler Colorado did a great job for me. All new axle, with new brakes. I was worried about changing the handling characteristics with the extra height but no problem. She still tows and handles like before but now stops much smoother. And no more dragging the bumper when leaving an approach. The rear bumper had been bent up and a compression dent left in the right rear corner of the body when I bought the old girl. Straightened the bumper and pulled the dent thinking I would never make that mistake myself, however last summer in a hurry to get under way I left Autozone parking a little too fast and re-bent everything. Well no more of that, got plenty of clearance now. First trip planned early May, can hardly wait.
