new products at dexter

was surfing, and discovered that dexter axle is offering disc brake retrofit kits in three sizes.



there are some other interesting things at the dexter site including a hydralic booster unit for disc brakes.

I don't suppose these could be mounted to a '96 Caprice that currently has large rear drums........

try junkyarding a set of disc's off a new Silverado. My bet is it would pretty well be a bolt on. If not check with
http://www.azkickin.com/ They could probably make a set that would use off the shelf parts. I have their kit on my 75 Jimmy. Just need to find a rotor with the correct bolt pattern. Might be able to use a 2wd top hat for the truck if no then need to find a solid axle 4x4 that has same bolt patern and it can be made to work.
Here is a write up I did. Using their product. They recently changed names after their Aerospace machine buisness got slow. Tell Bill or Bill Jr that "Grim" said to call if you deal with them.
