Need 1953 35" replacement leaf spring or ???

Has anyone found a source for replacement leaf spring for 1953 21' Flying Cloud Single Axle. Double Bolts 35" from center of bolt to center of bolt. Or has anyone added a coil spring or ??? Axle is about two years old, but after bouncing 5000+ miles this summer, leafs are sagging and need replaced. Here are a couple pictures. Thanks Terry tlcbuilder@aol.com

Many cities have spring shops which will custom make anything you want, need, or can even think of. Common and not expensive at all.

Just do a search for spring shops in Vegas .... Here is one.

Skips Spring Service

5310 Procyon St,

Las Vegas, NV 89118
(702) 997-0517

Or if you know the dimensions - length, width, leaf count and weight needed to support the load you can have a set built. I had a set built by a builder in Florida or Georgia and had them shipped to Phoenix for less money than a local shop. It was done for the rear axle of my van however the concept is the same no matter what the vehicle.

I have a 1952 Flying Cloud which I plan on converting to a dual axle. I could sell you my springs in the fall. Will

Thanks to all, found a spring company Swains Spring Service in Great Falls, Montana and he made new ones for me. They have been in business since 1885 and have all the tools. He said he was the last shop in Montana that will make them, don't know if that's true, but they did a great job and fast..
