Link to posting about axle test

Hello,

My husband is on his way to inspect and purchase a 1997 34' Airstream Excella. There has been a lot of discussion on checking out the axles and I have heard mention of a simple test to check the axles. Could somebody point me to the right thread or link to that discussion? And if you have any other first-timers advice to give us before we put down the cash for this trailer, it would be much appreciated.

Thank you,
Melanie
