Lug bolts are press fit into the hub of the wheel. I have done this replacement two different ways.
1.) Pull the drum and use a air chisel with the drift attachment and drive the stud out. Then put the new stud in its place and use an impact wrech to pull the stud into place. (Note) This method is frought with pitfalls and you need to know what is going on with your wheel components. Don't do it unless you are sure.
2.) Remove the wheel hub and bring it to an auto machine shop and have them remove the old stud and press in a new one.
3.) Of course there is old number 3 pay someone to do the whole job.
Its not that hard to pull the hub, so you might as well save the dollars if you are so inclined.
