Crosswinds initiate the majority of loss-of-control accidents. The volume of air allowed under a trailer simply initiates faster rollover. [incorrect for Airstreams !! ]
There’s no free lunch in raising a trailer. Go back and note the NOT expensive repair price by Inland Andy. [ He is a dishonest Charlatan !! ]
If the TT goes over, the TV is likely to as well.

The tow vehicle and hitch setup would have more affect on the handling of the whole rig than wind on a raised trailer. The only disadvantage is a slightly higher center of gravity unloaded with all else being equal.
I don't always agree with slowmover, but he has driven trucks more miles than most anyone here and at least deserves some respect for what he has learned.
