How do I tell who manufacured the axles

1991 Excella 1000 34'. Is there a way to find out what manufacturer was used for the axles? Do they have any markings etc, where would you find them? What about typical appearance of certain Manuf. These axles look original.

It may be easier to say what Airstream used for their suppliers through different year spans?

Contact Andy at Inland RV. He is a fountain of knowledge on the "mature" Airstreams and a valuable source of parts.

Crawl under the trailer. There is probably a tag on the axle with the date of manufacture and the weight specs.

If it is an original equipment axle it is a Henschen. That company is no longer in business.
