Question GVWR - For '69 Globe Trotter - 21'

Hi all - Gees it is still snowing here - when on earth will spring be here!!!

In prep for our first "load up" coming this May - we are tyring to find out what the GVWR would be for our trailer. (21' Globe Trotter - 1969 Dry weight 3330 / Tongue 390 pounds)

The new 700-15 tires are rated for (single axle 2040lbs).

I have searched through this particular forum (but may have missed it) but is there a Gross Weight Rating on the Dura-Torque Axle? Or anywhere I can find out what our top weight limit is on the Trailer - there are no manufacturer stickers left just the serial number/model plate.

Any help would be great.

GT,

There should be a small 2X3 inch plate near the lower rub rail with this info on it. I have seen the in the front under the middle, or on the roadside 2 feet from the front. It is a metal plate riveted to the skin with the info stamped in it.

Barring that you could PM another owner of the same model?
