greasing bearings on 3500lb Henschen axle

Getting ready to grease the bearing on my 3500lb Henschen axle and purchased the seals from the local rv shop. The O.D. is 2.5 dia and they have inner spring as show in the picture. My question is do they appear to be the right seal...........thanks

There are better grease seals.

The one's in your photo have the spring and are double lipped.

That type is not top of the line, but is certainly acceptable and far better than some.

Yu will be fine using them.
