Axle intrigue

Hey all!

I, too, need to replace my axles and I have some questions about this string:

1) Who is Colin, and where do I find him? Is he at JC?

2) I have been advised over the years that the axles must be aligned ( put in a rack and bent to a specification) for each trailer. Does Colin do this according to you trailer? Or do the axles still have to be aligned? Or none of the above?

Thanks!

You want to check alignment after installation. Yes if they are out the tubes need to be bent to correct. Do not consider having that done at JC. Unless they have bought some massively expensive equipment they do not have the ability to do that. You will need a truck axle shop.
