My new axle was installed today. What a world of difference on the drive home. The trailer was very stable feeling and made for a very comfortable drive back home. It is nice to spend money and see immediate improvement, definitely got my money’s worth with this deal.

Did they get your your brakes hooked up Michael? That should make a big difference as well.

Not yet, I think there is a problem with the wiring. I found some old painted over wires taped up under the A-frame. Got a feeling they may be for the brakes. Did get the onboard fresh water issue fixed today. All set now to do a little off the grid boondocking.

It is true- a new axle is really satisfying. I thought it towed well before, but now it's super smooth.
