Three things can cause a listing to one side.
1. Wrong size tires on one side.
2. Bad axles, especially on one side.
3. Numerous bent or damaged outriggers.
Or a combination of those three.
The best way to check the axles, is to look at the position of the torsion arms, on both sides.
If it's strickly an axle problem, the low side should show the torsion arms, as they go rearward, going up hill.
If that's the case, the axles are shot and must be replaced if your going to travel with the trailer.
Bent outriggers on the low side, should also show some odd wrinkes in the aluminun side sheet.
