Nutone frozen switch fix

Folks,

In the process of rebuilding my first AS (man it is far more work than I ever thought it would be), I found my Nutone had the frozen switch that many of you have complained about. I figured, why not open it up and see what I could do. Well to make a long story short, my switch now works. I have some slight hindsight that I would fix if I had another one to do (mine is not water tight, but I know how to fix it now). If someone would donate their frozen switch, I will document exactly how I rebuilt the switch to a fully functional switch (instead of spending $70 on a new one). The total cost of the repair was $5 plus about 1 hour of time.
