Free Barrel Chairs

I removed the two barrel chairs from the '87 345 and will not be reinstalling them.

If any one wants two chairs finished in attractive late 80's faded puke taupe velour (eat your heart out, Elvis) let me know.

Every thing is there, chair, pedestal, and seat belts. I will probably be at the Rocky Mountain Forum in June, I also travel Houston-New Orleans-Tuscaloosa from time to time.

puke taupe. Sounds like a designer color from the 80's. Mine were a white and cream-goldish blend of mess that was see thru in spots before I redid them. The chairs frames themselves though held up well, just the fabric was shot.

I took them out to install the Pergo flooring, and we liked it so well we decided not to put them back. The area where they were is now designated for Dog Crates, Ice Chest, and TV.

The females prefer the couch or co-pilot position when we travel, and when travelling and I'm not driving I really like the ride/view from the forward facing dinette seat. I don't think that both barrel chairs were ever used at the same time, and they were seldom used at all.

No kids in the picture at all, the max load ever in the coach was four adults and a whole pack of dogs, and usually it's just the two of us with the pups, so space is way more important than seating capacity.

The chairs are in pretty good shape other than the gosh-awful color. I think '87 was the first year they used "non-moveable" pedastels for the mounts, and the seats both rotate and slide horizontaly toward the center of the living area. The seat belt brackets bolt to the swivel/slide assembly.

I had hoped someone on the forum could use them (or parts of them), otherwise I'll toss 'em.
