I agree, Walmart

We replaced the dark brown curtain in our unit with a clear one from Wally World. The snaps to hold it in place I got from McMaster Carr, the ones from Wal Mart were one size to small. The clear curtain makes it much easier to see in the shower. Seeing as how I shave in the shower it really helps. Do cut the curtain a couple of inches longer than you think that it need to be, I cut the first one the sam length as the original and wound up getting another and cutting it two inches longer.

Walmart

I replaced the crinkly plastic one in mine with a fabric one from WalMart. Much better. Surprisingly, it sheds water better than th plastic and is so much less bulky that I had to shorten the holdback strap.

Thumbs up

10-4 on the fabric curtain from Walmart. I bought a white one, cut and hemmed it the same size as the old one in my '80 international...I even used the old glides with new elastic ribbon (and the old velcro, out of lazyness). Like Mike mentioned, you may want to go a little longer on the length...especially with the waterproof fabric, as it doesn't drape as rigidly as the plastic.

Mine looks like a 1968 model, and except for a little duct tape around one of the snaps, is still going strong. Good to know what to do if I get tired of the duct tape look though...

Mine was replaced by the PO with one he got from the AS factory. It's VERY nice, but they put a couple of snaps in the wrong places. I have no idea what it cost. Probably more than the Wally World version but almost luxurious.

Question

Good Day,

Nothing to add. A further question though. I am happy with my curtain, however I need hardware (bracket) to connect the poly curtain to the top rail. Any suggestions?

Thank you.

Sean.
