Used is the way to go to maintain the same lock. Ebay or a wrecking yard. The price will be high and $130 is not to bad.
Your other choice is to something different. Like make something work from the hardware store. It won't be pretty.

You might want to take what you have to a locksmith in either St. Pete or Tampa. The old homes used some of the same stuff and they may have some of the necessary parts. Alot of that stuff was interchangeable.

The costs of fixing these things up is not cheap. My replacment lock is $600. Luckily I was able to find the lock screw I needed used. I only had to pay $30 for it. Yes, just a screw...
