lenses for bathroom light

I have an original dual light fixture with a slide switch in the rear bathroom mounted on the ceiling as well as the vanity light over the mirror mount. Over time the lenses have deterioated and need replacing..however the fixture and lense are not listed in my owner manual. They are obviously original fixtures, and the lenses are 4 15/16" square with a slight overlap on two sides to attach to the fixture...does anyone know what these lenses are listed as? and better still where to replace them.

I don't see them here -- http://www.inlandrv.com/parts/ -- but browse the light lenses about halfway down, then give Andy a call and see if he has any ideas.
