I am splitting off this thread for those of you who want to list items for sale or wanted. The thread will stay sticky so it is on top of this section of the forum. The posts above were moved from aother thread.
Time to go look in the garage for all the stuff collecting dust, list it here for free, and make some polishing money!

Looks like alot of useable stuff there Michael. Thanks for not hauling it to the dump. Someone around here will need some or most of it.
I am looking for an aluminum slider rail that is 72 1/2" long from the cabinets over the bed that the sliding doors go into. It has two grooves and is taller in the front than rear. It's an extruded single piece of aluminum. Thanks.

You're right Michael. I looked through all of your pictures and your rig didn't have the sliding doors like mine. Too bad because I've been looking for over two years. Something will turn up. Hopefully soon.

I'm looking for Hehr front and rear windows for our 59. I think the size I need was used till about 63. On the bottom edge of the frame it will be stamped with the part number. I think I need 2142 and 2140 (I'll confirm size). The part number is the size opening it fits. so 2142=21"x42" measured the the first lip of the frame where it rivets to the body
I need complete assemblies including frame riveted to body if possible. I can work with broken glass. I would also like the rain gutters if available and strait.
Looking for a tall reefer 2 way and a LP water heater.

Looking for the aluminum extrusion that fits on the "Front Travel Lounge Assembly" AS Part # 101255 It appears that this part is unique to the 1975 Sovereign International? I have called Colaws and a couple of other salvage yards, but no one seems to have this piece. It is the aluminum extrusion that mounts onto the slides at the front of the lounge, under the cushions.
We just got back from our Christmas vacation in Santa Fe, NM. On the way out I spotted a short/old Airstream in TX just near the border in what appeared to be a junk yard. I pulled over to investigate and out came the junkyard dogs. ..no one around to ask about the trailer. ..so on the way home this weekend, I passed by again and met the junkyard proprieter. I asked if the unit was for sale in whole or parts. He said no but agreed to let me take a look.
It was a '63 Globetrotter in really bad shape. When he opened the door I saw actual junk piled inside from floor to ceiling - no way to go in. I noticed a few parts that appeared salvageable (tail lens, side markers, gas lamp, etc. but he wouldn't deal on any of it or even the trailer in whole). He appeared to love his junk and didn't want to part with it even for cash... One of the wedding cake tail lights was in perfect condition. Windows frames looked decent. I was pretty bummed he wouldn't sell me any parts.
He was pretty old and a little eccentric if you know what I mean, so I gave him some Christmas treats and headed home.
John,
there are alot of those out there...we saw several in Arkansas that people would not part out or sell...just letting them rot quietly into the ground. It is a real shame but if they own it I guess it is their choice
