As we legal secties used to say in
disgruntaled disgust over the attorney's many demands on us...and then seeing their wives running all the other errands for them that we hadn't been asked to do....
"I NEED A WIFE".
Regarding 'parts houses' for Airstreams....
On the westcoast...in Washington State to be specific...there is one. "Singletons RV"...I have a toll-free number for them somewhere (it's relatively new---& I think the only place I have it is on their latest invoice for something I bought from them)
...but direct is (360) 273-9566...or email you can write to
singletonsrv@olywa.org
They just found me the little white square light covers...that I couldn't find (
or couldn't get) anywhere else (Ahem! Ahem!).
Anyway, the gal "Jill" at Singleton is very nice to deal with...and they have access to A/S parts for late model A/Ss as well as vintage ones (if available).
I'll post the 800 # for them if you all can't get it from 1-800-555-1212.
